Dear Colleagues, 

As part of the ongoing restructuring and transformation process, a core team is currently working under my lead on the new SemperGrowth200 corporate strategy. On the one hand, the name refers to future growth and the professional development of the Semperit Group and, on the other hand, to the relevant target date: the 200th anniversary in 2024. Since the new strategy and the associated corporate transformation will be accompanying us for several years, we not only developed our own project logo, but also commissioned the graffiti artist Akira Sakurai to design a wall art. Today, in the framework of a town hall in the Vienna headquarters, the ceremonial "unveiling" of the graffiti wall took place, which will decorate the boardroom area on the 8th floor in the future. The SemperGrowth200 graffiti symbolises a new beginning and transports key elements of Semperit’s future direction: customer intimacy, relentless improvement, performance excellence, World Class Manufacturing, and Finance Transformation. In addition, Semperit products such as the handrail, a hose element and a window seal can also be found within the individual letters of the painting. Congenial to the transformation, the well-known Semperit signet was taken into consideration in a modified and modernised form. We will inform you about the details of SemperGrowth200 in the further course of the year. Thank you for your continued effort and your full commitment to the Semperit Group!
